She has been helping clients meet their fitness and health goals for over fifteen years and has an impressive track record of success, thanks to her motivational and approachable style. From first-time exercisers to professional dancers to runners to body-builders to new mums, Sarah has trained a diverse client group in a range of different home, gym, outdoor and studio settings
As a busy mum of two, Sarah recognises the challenges of committing to regular exercise and healthy eating. She has been successfully delivering a 'Train at Home" programme for those who find it difficult to get to classes or gyms and also designs flexible training programmes for clients with busy lives and competing demands from work and home. Katie Syrett, BSc(Hons), MCSP, HCPC, AACP, MPOGP is a Physiotherapist based in Chorlton and city centre Manchester. After working in a number of different treatment fields and countries, Katie has honed her skills in women's health physiotherapy and runs a thriving clinic from the Chorlton Health Hub. Her extensive knowledge of ante and post natal issues, pelvic girdle pain, incontinence, prolapse and pelvic floor health place her in an ideal position to lead on the programme content for Core Restore, a rehabilitation and fitness programme she runs with Sarah Spearing.
