Pregnant women must be authorised as fit and well to exercise by their midwife or GP
Post Natal women can start an exercise programme following their 6 week check, or 10-12 weeks after C-sections
Pelvic Floor exercises can begin as soon as the woman feels well enough to begin - the sooner the better!
Children are very welcome to watch and be at home whilst mum works with Sarah (Thank goodness for CBeebies!)
Baby Belly Blitz is only suitable for women who have good general core stability, are not breastfeeding and have no post natal health issues
