The Thursday 9.30am class is a progression and improvers class for those who have a good base level of fitness but would like to continue to get stronger core muscles by practising more challenging exercises. Katie is still on hand for 1-1 advice but the pace and repetitions of the exercises are increased to ensure progress in strength and stamina. Upper body and leg work are added into the programme.

This Thursday 10.30am class is ideal for those looking to strengthen their pelvic floors, backs and stomach muscles. Consequently, lots of mums and their babies choose this class. Katie Syrett, an experienced Physiotherapist, co-teaches this class and so it is ideal for people who’d like some 1-1 guidance about specific issues and those who like a slower paced, rehabilitative programme with time to discuss individual needs.
