I’ve been helping all kinds of people meet their fitness and health goals for over fifteen years.

my experience

I run popular fitness classes in South Manchester and also train people 1-1 and in small groups from my outdoor gym in Chorlton.

I have thousands of hours of studio teaching experience, including High Intensity Interval Training, Resistance Training and body sculpting, Core Restore, Body Pump, Plyometrics and Speed training, Dancefit, Zumba, Circuit Training, Kettlebell training, Step, Pilates, stretching techniques.
